Your appointment is very important to us and the time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so please contact us in advance of your appointment time to avoid charges. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments or cancellations, 100% of the service cost will be applied to your credit card.
- All Services (except Massage): Please notify us 2 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. A late cancellation will be charged 50% of your booked service, a no show will be charged 100% of your booked service.
- Massage: A credit card is required to book your massage appointment. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your Massage appointment. Appointments canceled, changed, or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service.
- Memberships: All memberships require a 3-month commitment (90 days). Please notify us at least 30 days in advance to cancel your membership.
