- All Services (except Massage): Please notify us 2 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. A late cancellation will be charged 50% of your booked service, a no show will be charged 100% of your booked service.
- Massage: A credit card is required to book your massage appointment. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your Massage appointment. Appointments canceled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service.
- Memberships: All memberships require a 2 month commitment (60 days). Please notify us at least 30 days in advance to cancel your membership.
